"Had an event on Valentine's Day so planned this evening dinner in the evening after opentable. somehow the device has tried to confirm my phone number incorrectly (even if it is correct in OpenTable system) and if I did not pick up, they have lifted me. I called to correct and they pretended it was a great thing to bring me in and 15 minutes later than my original reservation. we arrived and the back room where we were placed was only half full and half full 2 hours later. 2 hours of dinner? that is true, it speaks of the lack of attentive service. a good 30 minutes between appetizer and entree. don't get me wrong, eating was fantastic, will not return because of the service."

"Good not great, is the best I can offer. We were visiting from out of town for our anniversary and I chose Corbett 's for dinner. The atmosphere is very nice with a beautiful porch area available. We were greeted with Happy Anniversary which was a nice touch by the manager. The hostess sat us, and we sat....and sat. The waitress did acknowledge us, but left us without menus or drinks for 10-15 minutes. Finally, our cocktails arrived and we were given menus, and after a few minutes to review, the server went over the specials simply stating that a prix fixe menu was also available, but offered no details. My wife had already indicated to me she wasn 't interested when we overheard a different sever discussing it with his table. Just another missed opportunity. We started with the calamari, which was well cooked and overall satisfying. I ordered the prime rib and my wife had the scallops. Everything was meh....average. I was surprised that my wife 's entrée only included three scallops, which were prepared correctly, but pretty unremarkable flavor-wise. My prime rib was also prepared as requested and....fine. The accompanying au jus was more like gravy than beef drippings, but the flavor was good. We had to ask the busser for a second roll. We finished our entrees and returned to waiting. Finally, the waitress reappeared and asked if we were interested in a dessert my wife had previously commented on. I had to ask her for the dessert menu to find out what the other options were. I completely understand service can be variable on different nights, especially if things had been busy, but it wasn 't busy at all, so I tend to be less forgiving when someone is clearly not focused on the customer. Ultimately, it was a sub par experience that I wouldn 't give another opportunity. I know there are quite a few fine dining options in the metro area and I 'm confident there are better restaurants to enjoy."

"This is a favorite restaurant and especially for special occasions for us. $65 plus tip is a little steep for casual dining for us. We love the creative blending of cultural tastes. The super sauces provide such a delicious addition to the meal. On this night we both had ordered Beed tenderloin, but learned after a wait that only one order was available. I chose braised beef, which was very tasty as well. Service was attentive though somewhat slow given the fact there were only three parties dining at the time. Overall, however, am able to say that the consistency is solid."
