"We stumbled on this place that is on the market benito juarez. the hotel is about a block from the center of the city of zocalo we had excellent food. we had the cream of the sweet soup (cremas de verduras) and it was excellent. Then...for the main course I had roasted pork in a mild green sauce (carne de puerco en salsa verde) and my wife had the enchilada verdes (enchiladas in green sauce). both were excellent and very fillable. all that was washed with a beer each. total cost slightly less than $10usd. so good, or better) than the tourist places and much cheaper."

"This food is very delicious and the price is affordable. The enfrijoladas is corn tortillas dipped in ground bean on the side served with a piece of grilled meat tasajo. On top of the enfijoladas are sliced onions and fresh cheese. This is one of the delicious dish we recommend the enfrijoladas. I will comeback to this place with my family and friends."

"We are written a review previously, and feel as though we must do it again... This chef is incredibly creative and uses top of the line fresh products, many of them coming from his own ranch...Chef Luis uses portobello mushrooms in such s creative way that one is left astonished...The sauces are tasty and very different from what one gets elsewhere.The final touch of a sweet chocolate drink is terrific...Very creative cuisine"

"We ordered the pork quesadillas, freshly fried, topped with saurkraut and cheese incredible!! The ttalyuda with chicken was just ok maybe we should have ordered it with pork instead. Very kind service and very affordable. Skip the espresso here, it's weak."
