"Ordered 2 separate dishes disappointed that one of the meals arrived without the rice that the menu states is automatically included.. Although, the manager apologised by highlighting it as human error, he remained reluctant to accept this has impacted on the meal/evening that had been specifically ordered for a diabetic who requires regulated meals. However, it was stated the only option offered is having the remaining part of the order sent out based on the surrounding circumstances I feel a kind gesture, such as prawn crackers or bottle of pop could have been included.. After all that the appetite was ruined food was left. i feel the quality of food has changed dramatically from how it used to be. This includes, the poor quality/shocking delivery of customer service."

"I visited whilst staying in the hotel, mainly for easy access. This was my second visit, the first was disappointing but I gave it a second chance. Still the same Singaporean food is OK, but nothing outstanding. Let down by service, once again. Distinct feeling that I was an inconvenience to the staff. Marked contrast to staff service at breakfast, whoever managers that team needs to be moved to evening dinner service."
