"TRAUMATIZED!! Things have drastically changed here. A kid walks by doesn't look at us, say anything, and throws the plate down on table, making a loud noise. Then it had rotten lettuce, they tried to cover it with the dressing . Dry over cooked shrimp. Salmon over seared, I think it's too high of heat, and they don't turn it in a timely manner. Then I was sick to my stomach for three days.. you couldn't pay me to go here again. Service: Dine in"

"Ordered a bone in rib eye cooked medium. Received it well done. Asked for it to be cooked again. They accommodated the request. When the check came it “appeared” that the meal was comped… but look closely. They rang it in again for the refire then comped that one off the bill. But the “suggested tip” amount included this refired $30 entree that we really didn’t order. We always tip at least 20% of the bill. If it had been a social occasion we would not have looked at the bill so closely. Please, please look at your check carefully!"

"Two nights ago and it was great. My cousin and I took my birthday dinner for almost six years. Dominique was our server and she was great. Warm bread and drinks came in time. The strawberry Peach Sangria was delicious. I really enjoyed the Alice Springs Chicken, Steakhouse Mac and Cheese, and loaded potatoes. One of the best parts of our meal was when my daughter was sunk a birthday ice cream with a candle in it! We are not from Albany area, we travel from the city, but will return when it is!"

"We decided last minute to eat here. We were quoted 25 minutes waiting for what we thought was reasonable for Saturday night, so we waited. We sat in the bar within 15 minutes and John was our server. He was great! He is very personal and prompt. The service is a large part of the food for us and the food! He delivers! Everything was excellent, I recommend the blackberry lavender limonade it was amazing! The Aussie-Fries were also very good!"

"What a great experience! We called ahead and were told 25 minutes. Our table was ready ahead of schedule. Vesta seated us and Morgan was our amazing server. Everyone that brought salads, appetizers, sides, and our meals knew who got what, no questions. Absolutely a ‘magical’ experience. Just ask Morgan!"

"Hadn't been here in a few years, suddenly found myself here twice in two months. The service was fine, the waiter was not pushy. The blooming onion is generally oily, but that comes with the territory. The food was generally pretty good. The décor has been the same for years, kind of drab, dark and old looking."
