"Brilliant experience and best first impressions at this place. Staff were friendly and the place was exceptionally clean considering we went as a party of 8 on a Saturday night. If I'm ever in Cardiff again I would definitely go again The food was nice and very fairly priced. Our groups personal favourites were the dirty Fries for 5.45. The burgers were amazing and for an extra £2 you can get a cheesy drop extra. The only downside was the cut of steaks. Some were really good but a few of our group got alot of fat on the streak. All food is halal, sadly not vegan/dairy-free As for drinks, very fairly priced again, no alcohol as again its halal but they do include mocktail mohitos! Very nice. Between a group of 8 our total came to £212 so just around £30ish each. Not too bad for a good few hours of laughs and dining"

"I first visited Slim Chicken in Cardiff. If you are bored by KFC and Nando's, you can try Slim Chicken. Not here is Halaal. You also have din-in and takeaway options. You have self-ordering machines. They have tender chicken, sandwiches, wings, salad wraps, sides and shakes. Meals are served with Texas toast, seasoned frits, home sauces a groundless soda. Prices are reasonable given the quantity. During the weekends it is crowded, but you can get a place easily. You can also visit here with family, friends and children. We ordered a slim menu and all the items contained in it were skurril. Garlic cheese sauce was amazingly delicious."
