"Came here with a family of 6 for fathers day. We were all excited about trying the 500 flavours they boasted. But when we got in there they had 10 basic flavours and absolutely no customer service. I asked whether they had menus the server with curly hair just said no bluntly and didn’t bother to help us. I then spotted a “order menu” on the side which was confusing because it was just for Sundays and waffles but not cones. When there’s 6 of you and it’s a tiny crowded shop it’s difficult to get everybody up to the counter to choose there’s hardly any space to move around. Another very rude tattooed server looked fed up to be serving us and kept snapping anything else! Like she said wanted to just be done with us. Honestly felt like walking out!!! But when you have children who are excited to be there it’s not that easy. Basic tip for you it doesn’t matter how good the ice cream is if there’s no decent customer service !!!!! Also I’ve got my popcorn ready waiting for the owner to argue back with me like he has done in all the other reviews who rated them as rude!!!!!"

"Very hot day, travelled from Swindon to take out elderly relatives, thought we would stop for ice cream to give our relatives chance to sit down, this was on the 8th September 2023, there was a male serving who didn't seem to know what he was doing, we purchased 3 x ice cream cones containing 2 x double scoops and 1 x single scoop of ice creams, the cones where broken, the cost was £16 ???? and then he took ages to try and get the till working, so ice creams were melting, as we sat eating the very expensive ice cream, noticed how must he was charging everyone, which seemed to change? he charge one couple £9 for two double scoops with the same cones we had? so how can my purchase have come to £16?"

"I met a friend here last week, convenient location and free parking made this good for both of us. What we found outstanding was the friendly atmosphere and selection of tasty food and drinks on offer. The list of teas, fruit teas hot and cold coffees was amazing. We had a pot of English Breakfast tea for two and some delicious sandwiches. I was also impressed with the relaxed vibe, we spent a couple of hours sitting and catching up on our news but didn’t feel rushed to move on at all. The garden centre is apparently family run and is currently undergoing an extension of restaurant space. We look forward to returning."

"I visited this load on Thursday 17. märz at the tesco in royston, and the 2 ladies showed the best customer service I have ever experienced in a costa. demi was so friendly and helpful with not only me, but all the customers and she would share a sweat and show a real interest. very personal. they brought our food and coffee and it seemed like we were the only customers. but everyone received this service. 5 stars amazing these employees are a credit for the company. I will return"
