"I have been in customer service all my life and love it. I also like to acknowledge and share the great customer service experiences I come across or I am given. I have been to a Starbucks maybe 3 times total. I know REALLY!!! Yes really. I’m 65 and can count on 1 hand the number of times I’ve been to Starbucks. I’m not a huge coffee or tea drinker but I saw a special on the Albertson’s Store App for any Grande beverage. I decided to give it a try. Anjalea greeted me. I mentioned hadn’t used the Albertsons app for something like this before. She helped me with that. I mentioned what I was looking for, she asked a couple of questions regarding my preferences then says “I got You”. “ It’s one of my favorites”. She had a co worker with her and I am so sorry I didn’t get her name. They were both extremely friendly, helpful and spot on for the drink I was looking for on this very hot day. Kudos to both these ladies. I felt welcomed, and the Paradise Drink that was suggested and then expertly made well AWESOME !!! Doesn’t begin to describe it. Thank you and a big shout out to these ladies that gave me a great experience while at the Marron Rd Starbucks inside the Albertsons store. My UPS box is in same shopping center and I will be stopping in and ordering the Paradise Drink now.
