"Regarding my experience today Oct 6th 2023, Friday, around 8 PM when I went to purchase ice cream, I'd like to share my thoughts on the service provided by the staff. This isn't the first time I've encountered a negative attitude from them. As I ordered 2 ice creams, they delayed charging me and served two other customers before me. To my surprise, they even charged the customer who arrived after me first, despite my clear intention to go first. This isn't the first instance of poor treatment I've received from them. On a previous occasion, when I asked to sample a flavor, they displayed a less-than-pleasant attitude. It's important to feel valued as a customer rather than as if you're inconveniencing the staff. I've decided not to return, as I see no need to tolerate such a discriminatory attitude."

"One of Perth's best spots for gelato. The 'gusto' flavoured ice cream is interesting particularly given its name is meaningless to those who know any Italian. Ignoring this humorous choice of name, most are very good and delivery is prompt."

"Terrific!. They've got the best burgers in Northbridge, especially after Jus's awful new menu, and possibly my favourite chips in Perth. Their Tuesday-Thursday $10 lunch special is terrific.<br>

If they had a broader menu and smaller serves (I can never finish their regular size so the mini lunch special is great), they would be absolutely stellar."
