"Today I went with my sister and in the rule we get immediate answer with our online orders, but this time was absolutely terrible. we would call a woman right in front of us and ask her to leave our drinks that we could see on the counter. she would look at us and turn around without saying anything. my sister went to the manager and asked him to give us our drinks and we have nothing. I understand they're busy, but it's not that hard to give us two drinks before our eyes. not to mention many others employed noticed that we wait and ask for help and we have nothing. That was ridiculous. I understand if we were rude, but we waited patiently until it was ridiculous and we had to say something. thank you dunkin!"

"Beyond expectations! An absolute A with a bang 5/5. If I could give it 10/10 I would!! Thank you so so much for making my birthday so special with the perfect cake!! I wish you live in the Bay Area! I would definitely be a repeated customer over and over. Next time I come back it's a 100% definitely. It was delicious! Everyone was so amazed how awesome the caked looked. But overall it was truly dreamy and I love every detail of it. It literally took my breath away!! What a true artist!"
