"I was so excited when I heard Chaska was opening up in north york. Only 15 min away from where I live. Last night I ordered for pick up and the lady who took my order was very polite and helpful. When I got to Chaska she was very enthusiastic and made sure I was attended to. We got caught up in our conversation...she forgot to put my side samosa chaats in the bag. I didn't notice until I got home. I called and she was willing to drop if off after her shift ended. I felt so bad but she insisted. She drove 15 min to Scarborough and dropped it off for me. Great customer service! Thank you for your hospitality! I wish I got her name, but I hope she reads my review. Their food and chai is delicious! If you haven't tried their food yet, please do. You won't be disappointed."

"Excellent food service was amazing. Had the halibut for the main and cauliflower app. Lots of flavour and cooked perfectly. Had the mango pudding for dessert. Delicious and refreshing. Will be back for sure."

"Ordered channa masala, naan and masala chai. The channa masala sauce was bit runny, guess it wasn't reduced enough to make it proper consistency. Taste was ok, for a fast food place. I have been here few times earlier, have tried other items, which were ok. Looks like the quality consistency depends on the person in charge."

"I came to purchase traditional Bengali sweets to bring as dessert to the of an Indian couple, where I had been invited for a dinner party. My friends are originally from Kolkata and I know they prefer the sweets native to their region. Although unfamiliar with the variety of snacks, from having discussions with my friends, I know not to purchase Bangladeshi food. When I told the clerk at this small, take-out shop that I wanted a variety of Kolkata type sweets, she knew just what to give me. Seeing the look on my friend's face when she opened the box of sweets and the shrieks of delight, I knew I had likely not gone far wrong. Seeing that none of the sweets leftover from the dinner party had survived until breakfast, I knew the Bangali Sweet House was worthy of five stars. No seating. Carry out service only. Samosas, pakoras and other vegetarian fried street food also available. No restaurant meals."
