Chicken tikka must be marinated overnight, in real tikka masala spices, and then properly grilled, ideal over a coal. Real cooking takes time!! Lamb Vindaloo.... I have seen more spices on the shelf in G20, hard meat, spicy sauce, what a pleasure! Accompanying rice was watery, the Palak distributor was perfect, but all in all a really forgotten experience, and not cheap."
