"I was disappointed. The waiter (Daniel E. was repeatedly reminded of bringing things, and it will take a while before he does. Then he will forget every time what to bring as if it were never asked. Once we asked and when he left, he went to talk to other employees instead of taking care of us. We were served without cutlery food, never checked for us, how was everything and some of the foods was warm as others were cold. Under our table, napkins and food with hair stems had used on the ground. We took our food. Longhorn is a 5 star."

"I was at this Red Lobster in Kendall with my sister and nephew on Saturday, March 12 around 3:00, it was not a good experience, first when we were sat at the table we noticed the tablet was wet and dirty,we needed to asked one of the staff to dry and clean the tablet, second it took more than 15 minutes for someone to come by and take our order, then it took 30 minutes to get our food, which by the way it is not worth what we paid. My sister never got her salad or the correct side order, and my nephew got the steak sauce after he finished his dinner. No wonder the place was kind of empty specially on a Saturday, we paid $150.00 and look at this picture the lobster we got, almost 40.00 for this plate of food, NEVER AGAIN..THIS PLACE IS NOT WHAT IS USED TO BE."
