"I work at the chapel street and run past Fatboy every day and was very excited to check it. Let's go through the evening... We booked 4 days before. We came to an employee who obviously didn't want to be there... he put us at our table and ran away. We had to wait over 15-20min until someone finally comes and takes our drinks order. Just to come back 10min later and say that no beer we wanted. we have adjusted our order and waited another 5-10min.. So we waited over 30min for food! We order our entrees and said we will order our net a little later. 45min later our first Entrée arrived and was placed at our table. it had no sauce, no chili nothing.. When we watched the waiters, it was cold. Our next Entree (more than 15 min) was San Choy construction and that was a JOKE!. it served it had 4 portions and it came in a martini glass with 3 tiny bits of cos lettuce and the other was so small a 20-cent piece would have hidden it. The waiter gave it back and ran and we called it back for the manager we were told warns of duty. so we talked to the employee saying that this was not done, you advertised it. ANNEX He offered to take the court away and remove it from the bill. As you can see, the evening started badly, but it got worse. Our main thing was another 45-60min, the tables for us were never deleted all night, the staff never came back to ask for another drink. Even at the end of the night when we got the bill, they didn't even want to be paid! To their credit after we have said to them, we will go if our net does not serve ASAP they raised their game easily and we were compensated for a bottle of wine. This is a new restaurant on the chapel street and was very disappointing. The service was not what you expect for a restaurant on the chapel street. The menu... they have tried too hard with some Asian classics.. Yeah, the food was okay, but they just bit more than they can chew. I would never come back what a shame is because the fit is pretty good."
