"Walked in and ordered a pasta and a pizza. I tried my pasta and it was very very sweet. I informed the girl at the front that it was sweet. Offered to pay the difference if they could replace it. She said don't worry they would do it free. I thought wow great customer service and sat down to wait for my pasta.The same server approached me 15 minutes later while I am waiting for my pasta to let me know that I need to pay the difference. I say sure. She then tells me that I need to pay for half of the price of the new pasta which is $6 difference compared to my original pasta which when i checked was $9. So now I am paying $15 for a pasta that I didn't eat and getting one that is $12. The owner rudely tells me it's my fault that I didn't like it. I lost it that point. Left my GF's half eaten pizza told him what I thought about his pizza joint and their HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND LEFT.I've never been treated this way ever in my life. If anyone is from.brampton or around there. Try that Italian place for a much superior experience and a much much much superior pizza. Horrible place with a crappy owner and bad service. Horrible horrible horrible. Ohh and by the way, they even threw out the pasta I paid $9 for. We both walked out with 4 pizza slices total in our bellies for $32. What a wonderful experience thanks to the owners customer service and presence of mind."
