"I was delighted when the new Burger King opened recently at Berck as it really is my preference when it comes to fast food. The burgers are much tastier than those found in the fast food restaurant opposite it. My preference is for the Whopper beef burger, which I had on our first visit and was not disappointed - it was perfectly cooked and very tasty. On our second visit having got a voucher to buy a Menu meal and get a free burger (of the same type) I had the Chicken Tendercrisp (as OH is not a beef burger fan). Not only was it delicious, comprising of a real piece of chicken (not some chewed up and re-mashed effort) but, imo, the light coating was better than the Colonel's well known brand. Staff are very friendly. Admittedly they don't seem to have the same training as their rivals on the opposite side of the roundabout in speaking anglais (but fortunately I do speak French) so UK visitors should be aware of this - but the menu items are all in the original American version, so all you need to be aware of are the questions in French asking what drinks, sauces etc you would like and if you are eating in or taking away. For those more tech-savvy there are machines where you can order up onscreen and pay by card. All in all, for a fast food experience with no hassle we will be regular monthly visitors."
