"As my first review here, they allow me to explain why this place is by far the most outstanding location not only in underground restaurants, but also in all restaurants. but I also want to address the negative and very bad review here. it was proved that this person had made a mistake and talked about another subway, possibly the one on sepulveda blvd and nordhoff st, where I believe that this really happened with this review. this place is really bad. So, people, let's not be confused and discouraged. it is impossible that such a terrible hired by our good friend ara is hired. I can summarize the great level of this place in some points: -truly excellent Custormer service (including and above all the manager, ara) -small, cozy and welcoming atmosphere and location - total freedom in the menu and off-the-charts original recipes. people like daniel, young talented sandwich artists, with original ideas and delicious creations, and who has worked everywhere, from costco to mcdonald’s, is really good in his craft, and also a good friend. in the run of time you will really connect to him. same with ara (the manager) an invidividual who assists local churches, a manager who is there every morning, a really talented, experienced and qualified sandwich artist (in turn and compete competing,) is one of the few (if not, the only one) that instead in the cash (like most) he himself in the line finishing or begin to ask sandwiches of simply scratching them. yoy will be pleasantly surprised. this manager, ara, is really the epitome of customer service. do not take my words, go and meet them this guy, ara, while this morning and see them themselves. don raúl (daniels vater) also, funny, friendly and hard work. melissa, always patient, always smiling and very helpful. vanessa with jars, also kreatiw and original with her personal creation, her veggie patty sandwich, and the other vanessa, pretty and a pleasant smile. they can say that our friend ara takes care of his personal and no one hires. give yourself a tasty bite and try this little place on sepulveda and plummer. after so many bad places, so many. this little place is not only goos, but above average."

"Ordered a Chinese chicken salad and a chicken puffo sando for my son. Both were delicious, I enjoyed my Chinese chicken salad. so fresh and fill. my sohn loves pesto so this chicken sandwich (which was huge, by the way, was right on his all. aldo ordered a side of hummus and that was also delicious! service was also fast."
