"I saw this place had changed name and owners from what was there years ago so, on the recommendation of a member of staff from Bracknell Tyres, I decided to pop in and get breakfast whilst work was being done on my car. Even at 0900 the place had plenty of customers in. I ordered a bacon and egg baguette with an orange juice and it came to under a fiver, so very reasonable. Although it tasted okay, my bacon was visually rather unappetising. The fat was still white and the bacon pink it almost looked like it has been boiled. I get the fact that when running a busy cafe they just make sure the stuff is cooked so it doesn 't make you ill. Perhaps had I asked to have the bacon done a bit crispy I am sure this could have been catered for, so partly this could be down to me also if you don 't ask, you don 't get. I feel awarding 3 stars is a little harsh, but 4 is not reflective of my experience here and, as there is no half star , it has to be 3 then. Definitely good value though."

"Foodstall had different types of hot crucibs, I took a brombeer (reduced on half price). the wait was quite moderate in comparison to waitrose. the food store also offers a selection of wine and hot pastries"

"I love that this building is listed. I worked on the lexicon site and seeing how this pub just sat there untouched while bracknell town centre was being remodelled just wondering what plans/ideas they had in mind for it. And wow they have gone that extra step. But what makes this place a worthwhile visit is the friendly and helpful staff. The food here is lovely. And they have an amazing range of drinks to choose from including cocktails. Lovely cosy front end of the pub nice to relax have a drink and snack or few drink if it's the weekend ; then past the bar the new development into the pub restaurant. Highly recommended. Also look up the pubs history as it has a lot of secrets One is quoted on the wall to the left when you walk in. Very interesting"

"I was persuaded by my grandchildren to take them to the Good Food for breakfast. We arrived to find this small Deli buzzing with all different types of hungry people from travelling to site workers all looking for a great start to their day. We sat at a table having ordered from an interesting menu and awaited the food to arrive. You pay extra to eat in. Only a small number of tables available. We were not disappointed as the plates arrived quickly and the food was delicious. Having found this Deli I am looking forward to working my way through the rest of the menu ,at any time of day, and would recommend others to follow in my footsteps."

"Very good take away Sunday roast. It was delivered on time with great choice of veg and nice gravy. The apple crumble and custard was very nice too. They even phoned after delivery to check that we were happy. We will be using them again....Well done!"
