"The brioche breakfast sandwich was sloppy and impossible to eat - needed a knife and forked burn, then recognized the lower piece of brioche was carburized. not sure how it is made from the kitchen, since the food is in the rule of quality. when the personal saw the burned brioche, they did nothing to fix the situation and looked at me as if it were my problem. When I had ordered the theke, I asked if that came with a side and not, but they offered more. I said yes, when I saw the bill that I realized they accused me of $7 for a little side. if they charge this price, it should have been mentioned at the ordering as “you want to add kartoffel for $7?” to which my answer would be no. after the order they gave me a number and I found a table. they brought my $5 to drink, which was decent, and took my number away, while they muttered something that made no sense. then I saw them run around with what looked like to be my order. they fell on two different tables, which were as if I didn't order this before I got their attention and flag on my order. at this time it was no longer fresh. had to write bad criticism, but that was a particularly bad experience and a waste of over $30. I would give less staring, but I feel bad to do that since clear they overwhelmed today. Nevertheless, no apology for the fees exorbitant prices for burned, cold foods."

"Place is nice and clean, only what I don't like is the amount of meat they use, very stingy, I was in other places where they give you a decent amount, here it is as if the server is calculated for it. Add more meat!!! This time I have the BAJA CHICKEN, this is probably my new way to any subway."

"The bagels and cream cheese are awesome, the vegan cream cheese is so much better than tofutti and I was so stoked so find a place that makes their own vegan cream cheese but the customer service really blows. I asked about a difference in price on the menu to what I got charged for (I got charged more than the in person and online menu listed) and I was told, “the price you got charged is correct.” The lady was very sharp and rude despite my being incredibly polite and non-confrontational about it. I wasn’t even sure how to respond because usually when a mistake is made, whether that be how much I got charged or the price that was listed, my expectation is that the employees are at the very least respectful and apologetic? She was absolutely annoyed that I brought it up and didn’t offer any sort of sympathy or attempt to make it right despite verbally recognizing that my receipt did not reflect the menu. The only other words that she muttered coldly were, “we’ll change it.” In reference to the menu, not my charge. The bagels, but particularly the cream cheese, are expensive. I would go often despite the price if this wasn’t my first experience, but I don’t think I will feel comfortable paying that much to be spoken to disrespectfully for literally no reason lol. I was seriously very kind and gentle about it, I work in customer service and I’m very cautious about the way I speak to others at their place of work and I was met with a bitter attitude and left with less money than I expected."

"It is a crying scandal. this place could be so good, but it is excellent to be moderate. food quality is simply not there. I would suggest a complete menu overhaul. the chicken is always dry. now, where whole food is opened just above the road, this place will be in serious difficulties if it does not adapt. make good food, that's not so hard!"
