"Was our first time at pepper jax, so when we got in, we were not sure what the protocol was, so we went to the cash register. there approx. 5 minutes before one of the workers pointed to the front of the grill, we went and stood there. wait for another 5 minutes until someone should tell us something until we forget and get out. there was a guy who crashed behind the tresor, would he really not have taken our order? felt like a lap in the face awaits for 10 minutes, only to be recognized by any personal."
