"I don't like writing negative reviews, but that was the worst underground experience I've ever had. I came into the subway for a fast sandwich as I was in a hurry. there was a mother and daughter in front of me, but I didn't think of...it took at least 10 minutes to decide what they ordered and then another 10 minutes to make and pay the sandwiches. there was another man on the back who did nothing that the dame helped to make this sandwiches on itself. I was allowed to wait for 20 minutes and was finally served with a half-hearted apology. the sandwich was loaded with aioli and I am very disappointed about the service here. will not come back."

"Although the food was very good, the service left a bit to be desired. Staff were courteous and friendly and the atmosphere of the place is lovely but the meals took well over an hour to be served from time ordered, in fact served just before afternoon tea time, and one meal forgotten and bought out as everyone else had almost finished. There were other customers arriving after us and receiving their meals before us. This put a dampener on the day as some had the long drive back to Melbourne and had to rush off."

"Called in to grab a quick lunch, exceeded our expectations. Between us we had sausage rolls, egg bacon pie and freshly made salad rolls, all were very good. Rolls were delicious, made to order while we waited real roast chicken and salads all...fresh! Quick and pleasant service."
