"Let me start by saying that i love the food at this establishment. Service is a matter that has to be addressed with upper management. Call me old fashioned but back in the day every time you said thank you a you are welcome was expected and vice versa. These young staff hired do not have those words in their vocabulary. Is not here only but all across the board in every customer service related establishment. They all reply the same with a yup or no problem. If I were a secret shopper for these establishments they would receive a big fat zero in customer service. Thrse is something that I have seen increase through the years in the service industry. Is time that management provides better training to these young staff."

"Chris was just awesome. She is one of the owners. I sat at the bar while I had a Vicking Blonde and had a wonderful chat. They made some delicious pizza and salad and were just chill, real people. Like your neighborhood Pizza Joint. They even did a special request for my wife who likes her chicken warm in the salad and warned it up with out a problem. Thanks guys. It's been too long since I've been. But love the ownership and good vibes you all have here. Cheers. #yourneighborhoodpizzajoint"

"I have lived six years near these mcdonalds. especially in recent years it is disgusting. No matter what time the day or day of the week it is terrible. I'm going because it's close to home and convenient, then clear, oh yes, this place is evil, why we haven't been here how is it possible that hot french stalks taste? do they use old pommes during the day and heat them up? do not even adapt their foods because this will only guarantee that it is extremely undercooked (not even melted cheese). do I expect to gourmet? Of course not, it is mcdonalds. I expect, however, that I have my eating taste as if it didn't leave the day before or someone else was pulled out of the garbage."

"Pains me a bit to write this because we love the food here including the salads and pasta options. We have come here often over the past few years. However, we had a recent bad incident which their mgmt will not correct. In short, they were busy and some of our food never came after checking a couple of times. After an hour past (we had somewhere we needed to be), we just asked for the refund portion of the food that never came. The cashier actually offered to do a full refund. I said sure. I had paid by credit card. So on the refund transaction, I asked if he needed my card to refund. He said no. After a week, I returned and noted I never saw the refund on my card. After a little research, they said it was refunded as cash. I noted that's odd because almost everywhere, they usually refund the same way it was paid. I stated that then when they counted their drawer at the end of the day, it should show over 50 extra in cash. Either way, the mgr stated it would be refunded to my card. After another 1-2 weeks, nothing. So, on principle, we will no longer go here. If they are reading this, they know who I am because I came back twice to inquire to have the issue resolved. Sad story. Good luck."

"Swung in searching for a local cup of coffee. They asked if I wanted a breakfast sandwich.. how could I turn it down? When I took it to go and opened it in the car I was shocked to see it was made with regular sliced bread. When you think sausage breakfast sandwich you think McMuffin or bagel. Let me tell you, this sandwich was good! Ultimate home made breakfast sandwich. The egg was fresh and the cheese was so melty! The cup of coffee is also pretty good for a mom and pop convenient store breakfast nook. I will definitely come back and try something else. Or stick with the sausage sandwich. For $5 (sandwich and coffee) It was pretty darn good"
