"I was at this location on Friday Oct 21, 2016 approximately at 11:45 am. The lady making the sandwhiches had an attitude with me that I gave up on ordering my second sandwhich since she could not hide her irritation and treated me like a second class citizen. Then the gentleman who rung me up over charged me thinking I would not notice. I brought the issue up and he clearly told me that he was not going to do anything about it. Finally a lady who I think might have been manager on duty asked him to move and rung me up correctly. She was the only one who was polite. Would I come back to this location? The answer is NO, especially if these individuals are still working there. It is a shame that they are working in the Downtown location with zero customer service skills. That says a lot about whoever hired them. I am not one who posts reviews, but the treatment I received at this location was deplorable.if I could I would give this location a zero rating."

"Decided to try something new... been craving bagels but I usually don't eat them. If I'm going to have them, better be the best darn bagel in the area! Chatted up some nice people who are originally from New York as I was in line. They gave it their approval so... that speaks highly. I got a bada bing on a parmesan bagel and a godfather on everything. Hubby gets half of each, obviously???????????? Loves the downtown Lansing city view, no dine in at the moment so you wait at awindow and get to see our town! Shout-out to Mr. Leslie's Cheesecakes for stocking this spot. Snatched a banana creme for Hubby just because????"

"I would like to S.O (Shoutout) to the young gentleman that had fixed our Subs and he did a very excellent job he took his time and handled our food with so much care and my boyfriend and I seen that he was very compassionate and we agree together that this is one of the places we decided on and I am so glad that we did we only had to stay and wait for 15 minutes and it felt like 30 minutes with how much fun we had and just how 15 minutes can change someone's day keep up the good work you're doing wonderful ! Thanks again"

"Not the best experience this time. My family loves coming here and have been for years. Got takeout tonight , told it would be 10 minutes till my order was done, showed up about 15 minutes because they looked pretty busy. Got there took a while for anyone to even say anything to me, had to say excuse me. But this is how my meal looked the fries are cold and underdone/ soggy (and black? and my wrap was completely ripped. Also never got the extra ranch I paid for."

"An old favorite! was not even with mcalister, but in a cold night in the opposite, and a sandwich and a suppe sounded like the perfect dinner. the place was full, and the staff did their best; obviously short on the staff and some items out of stock. not easy for the personal, but everyone was as efficient and pleasant as possible. my club sandwich and chicken and emptying soup were perfectly prepared and tasted super. better than I remember and was happy to make a trip again soon, only for more mcalisters!"
