"I ordered half veg wrap and sweet soup. sounds pretty simple? the nice man in the register confirmed that they were both vegan (after double check of the ingredient list). Apart from the wrap that was as boring as a wrap, the suppe tasted like bark broth. So I asked the gm and he got the tattoo list to show me. they talk about not fresh or healthy....so many added that I never suppee including ‘natural flavors.’ afterwards I have made a quick Google search about natural aromen. if a restaurant like this can not only say that it is vegan on the menu, it is probably not. it turns out ‘natural aromas’ can come absolutely from animals! probably a kind of bark bouillon type thing hidden under natural aromen label. what really bothers me about this place is the façade of being so healthy. health “education” throughout restaurant, including all important health reasons, to eat more eggs? I doubt that my body, the fenced chicken or the planet, agree with this false claim."
