"The food and pricing are consistent with the chain. This store was quite stingy with the toppings. I had a panini and asked for other toppings besides what was included and they wouldn't do it. I asked twice and was told the sandwich came as is. Really? CHEAP or what? Further, the (east Indian) server spent more time talking to his buddy that walked in after me someone that didn't even buy anything! They just stood at the cash register talking in some foreign language while I stood there waiting for him to finish my panini. Really? Hey, GAB ON YOUR OWN TIME, NOT MINE! VERY poor service. I won't come back here."

"This was ok..and NO BEFFET MUSIC?..they had karaoke night..boo. This area taxes you with extra taxes beyond belief. The waitress was the better off it all..and we barley saw here. I stick to trying one in the southern hemispheres not a high prices tourist trap. 3 apps. I margarita 92$..two different taxes and tip..never again. I would avoid this area completely and find a place off the beaten path."

"Staff are pleasant and friendly. Submarine sandwiches, wraps or salads are fresh and well priced. A Canadian company from what I understand. A good place to drop into if downtown checking out the weekly Tuesday night car shows, summertime events downtown or close by car to the Niagara Parkway to grab a sandwich and head out to the park."

"I was told by a friend that CLANCYS was a good place to grab something to eat.Well, we decided to try out this establishment, and my friend was right, this is a good place to grab a sandwich or a special meal.The exterior of the place is nothing to write home about, as, it's in a little Strip Mall.I have driven by this place lots of times and didn't even notice that it's a restaurant, but, now that I do know, I do intend on dropping by occasionally.The food was good and the people were friendly, there are TV's to catch a game on while grabbing a meal or enjoying a cool BREW on a HOT DAY !My friend got the BLT, and I tried the Rueben Sandwich with Onion Rings."

"The wait staff was rude racists. I went in with my daughter and her biracial friend. The wait staff ignored us for over an hour and a half. Other people came in after us and left before our orders taken. We were the only non white table. The waitress asked what else we were doing on our visit when she didn’t even ask where we were from. Just an awful experience."
