"I've been to many Jersey Mike's locations and this is by far the worst one in the valley. I am not sure if they are under new management or not but whoever is in charge should really make some changes. As soon as I entered, I was not greeted and it took someone a while to even acknowledge my existence. Once they did recognize me and I placed my order, I could over hear the employees complaining about a variety of different things. I totally understand if employees want to vent to each other, but doing it in front of the customers, is not an ideal situation. I order two hot sandwiches and they just handed it to me closed so I couldn't even witness what they were doing. I had wanted to add pickles to mine but since it was already closed, they could not do anything about it. There were also a lot of people inside the location and it's small inside which made it difficult to social distance. I was so happy to leave. If I decide to get Jersey Mike's again, it will definitely be at a different location."
