"A friend & I went for a birthday lunch. Service & atmosphere was great. Lunch was good except for "grilled chicken" on our salads. Definitely not fresh chicken. It was more like prepackaged which was a bid disappointment. For the price it should definitely have been a grilled chicken breast which was what I was expecting. Too bad because it's a great location. Service was very good with the exception I had to ask about dessert options after I got the bill. Should definitely ask prior to bringing bill."

"I find the staff/owner there a bit rude, and the baking I've had from there has been dry and rather bland. I have been told it used to be better but they've really concentrated more on their catering business (which I can't blame them for if it makes more money) and it seems the bakery/luncheon has suffered for it."

"Ordered my food, but wanted to substitude my cheese for a couple slices off bacon. This MANAGER said no becaurse bacon was more expensive that the cheese!!! LOL. If you go by weight for the 4 slices of cheese or even 4 slices of bacon than you know that cheese is more expensive than bacon. all the subways I have eaten at they would do that but not this manager in ponoka, next time I order from a regular employee, maybe they wont be as rude either"
