"Invited specialist gave us a talk over dinner. Unfortunately the area designated for us could not exclude the noise of activities in the adjacent bar/restaurant. The place is not really suitable for this type of event. Lovely views of the golf course from the restaurant....Service good. Food disappointing, not an executive chef product. Presentation rather amateurish. WiFi good! Was thinking of bringing my wife here in the future but restaurant ambience and food quality lacks inspiration."

"Not a fancy place but good food and service. We ate here twice on our trip 1st time had 2 x5 meal, 2nd time the works omelet. It was good to have a choice of lighter version of the food."

"Our group selected Fore Bistro at the Prince George Golf and Curling Club for this month's luncheon. It was a challenge finding the new route to the club since new car dealerships have obliterated the former entrance. Signs would be helpful. I had preselected my menu choice but unfortunately this choice was no longer on the menu. Under pressure ( I was late) I choose deep fried fantail shrimp with cilantro dip. It was quite tasty. We were seated at a long table by the window looking out over the golf course, which is almost clear of snow. The club is old but pleasant with a casual elegance and a relaxing view of the green golf course. There is a plenty of free parking and the club is handicap accessible. This would probably not be my first choice for lunch but I would be willing to give it a second try."

"Woodys is a southern style rib joint. This is a place where corn bread, baked beans and okra are offered are staples. Take out seems to be a thing as well.The brisket was about half fat. Apparently the meats are prepared without sauce and you add them at table. As this is an american chain it wasn't surprising there were hardly any veggies to order. Although there are big signs advertising home made pies they did not have any deserts. Staff is nice but somewhat disconnected from whats going on.To compare this level of eating i would have to say something like joeys sea food. Somewhere in between fast food and full restaurant."

"Serving a captive audience seems to give them a licence to be rude and unfriendly. Once you've checked in ( often at some pre dawn hour and in plenty of time before your flight) you are often ready for a bite to eat. The BG URBAN Cafe is cafeteria style and your only option. Coffee and a scone served up by a unsmiling waitress is not a great way to start a trip. It's better than nothing but could sure use some improvements"

"They're Back! Now under the name Bryan's Table. Same location on Nicholson St. Same delicious food to pick up or eat in in their renovated restaurant. Bryan Ash is a master chef as reflected in his food.I recently picked up beer battered fish and chips with homemade tarter sauce for home consumption. It was the best I've ever had. I highly recommend this fine establishment. It's five star food in my opinion."

"I had a nice time here. Extensive bookshop with cards and gifts. Good food. Even a piano for guests. Serenaded by a big jazz pianist so feel happy. Very recommended! I'll be back when I'm back in Peej..."

"This is a wonderful little breakfast area. We had a bit of trouble finding the place, as the places on Google, don't mention that it is within the hotel, but it is very good food! If you're wanting some great food, that is hot, this is the place for you! You will not be disappointed. The waiters and waitresses here make sure that you're served in a timely manner which is very appreciated!"

"The food is great, and the coffee is served fresh. It gets very busy for the lunch rush, but it was worth the wait. It has a quirky vibe and was quite enjoyable."
