"The service team must be more training and give the customers more attention. eating was good, but in no way garnished. frequent pages have been missed or never offered. seafood had no lemon with seafood or tartar sauce, or cocktail sauce, nor was it offered. kitchen salad was large enough for two people. the work on these articles would help the future of keeping repeated customers."

"Terrible customer service... two employees behind the counter wouldn 't acknowledge that my wife and I were there at the ordering side of the partition for over 5 minutes. They just went on making sandwiches for an order(? who wasn 't there. Noone was in front of us.They could 've at least said hello or we 'll be with you in a moment but instead just ignored us."

"We brought our children tonight to watch the AFC Championship. it was my first trip there. I wish I had got the name of our server because it was absolutely spectacular. they really went the extra mile and took the children to a place where they could observe cartoons and play on tablets that they provided (and even gave them ice) so we could observe the game in peace. so amazing, and everything without asking. I've never had anyone so attentive and capable in a restaurant."

"We can't say enough about this little jewel. from excellent customer care to delicious eating was our experience beyond exceptional. there is a feeling of community, in the minute they enter, and we love it. When they see that the family works as a team, it speaks volume and is quite honest why I eat it as one of my absolutely favorite restaurants. sooner and not later, if they want to benefit from their speciality of the day, and don't forget to thank you for building while you are there!"
