"We visited this little cafe for a quick snack before visiting the Abby library of St Gall which is right opposite. It seemed there was only one guy who acted as cashier/barista/waiter.We ordered just a quiche to share between the two of us, not even a drink as we just wanted a quick eat to keep us from being hungry for the visit . We asked if it can be heated up and the answer was yes but it would take around 15-20 mins. As I didn't feel like having a cold quiche I said yes we'd wait. The guy was polite and friendly throughout. The quiche was heated, presented nicely on a plate with a few leaves of green on the side. We even got two sets of cutlery. Food was decent but I really appreciated being treated with thought and care for just the one quiche order."

"Not on the service! friendly and appealing. the toast: the ingredients have not been properly hot under the cheese. the salad: wash well. the cake: do not pour my taste, but there was a lot of choice. sweet or salty. I was and I wasn't the first and not the last time. service was always friendly, please stay there. that's part of the charm of this kafis."

"Food is very good and well worth the price. Wide selection of top ingredients makes it very easy to enjoy different specialties in a cozy environment. The staff, however, is top class with respect to rudeness. Being tired or having a terrible day does not...grant you the right to be unprofessional and extremely rude to paying customers! Makes me not want to go ever again despite the good food!"
