"I don't normally eat fast food nor go to places that serve meat, but after travelling through the night to collect someone from the airport I was grateful for some quick, hot food. The T5 location is small with only 5 seats, so it might be better to head to T4 is you're in a group. I stayed at T5 though and the staff were friendly, wifi reliable, and most importantly, the burger and coffee were high quality. The vegan burger is made with Oumph mock meat, which is a little chewy, but for me the spicy toppings and sauce made up for that. It's an average price and portion size by local standards and is convenient, if not the best option out there. (Side note try the build your own salad bowl from the 7 Eleven opposite if you'd like something cold it has full ingredient lists for each option."

"This morning with my daughter, waits outside after it should open and watched the woman text on her phone and stared at us. when my daughter and I left, she left in a Swedish family (we are American and my...woman is Swedish, but wasn't there). we ordered a smoothie for my daughter and two coffees for me and my wife. the woman always asked me if I wanted to be iced. had to tell her three times that I wanted a hot coffee and both should be big, one with a shot vanilla and one with a shot expresso (extra shot). we wanted big sizes. I have approved my card in the terminal (not in English and no English option) and saw the reception. then I wondered if I wanted a reception. while I don't speak Swedish, I've been married to a sweden for years and can read simple words. I pressed the button that didn't say a quitting. After she gave us our order (small coffees and no mark what vanille was and what was extra expresso), she told me I had to restart the transaction as I canceled it. I asked for the acknowledgement and she said she threw it away. she went into the müll and took a reception she could find (it was not mine) and said I could either call my bank or call her new. I just smelled it so I could go with my daughter. we will not be back. if they want to be treated as müll, they go there. if not, I suggest finding another place. I am now pleased to have to call my bank (they called me) while I drink my little coffee (which I paid for a big one)."
