"Now do not misunderstand, roti served meat, and when they go to order their second question, which meat, but they have a fantastic vegetarian sandwich that is worth trying (every week of their life). I had luck visiting my first one because I didn't know what to order when I came to the counter. the nice guy said I know exactly what to do for you, my sister is vegetarian. he heated a large laffa brotpack, put this big yellow cousin as the first layer, then this beautiful mixed roasted veggies (brukkoli, carrotene, and paprika, etc), shredded purple kohl as the 3rd layer and topped it with a very generous screed hummus. he rolled up everything and he was right! I would never have thought to put these four layers together, but some are good. I eat it three times a month. I'm not a vegan, so correct me when I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure it's a vegan sandwich. the guy who posted in front of me has wrong. they also have falafels I haven't tried yet. I will also comment that this sandwich was invented in the glenview roti, but I 've gone into the vernon hills roti and make the personal as it is for me, so it is the same menu. the person who serves them will be a carnivore, so they must tell them laffa brotpack, cousin, sweet, purple cabbage, tons hummus. if enough of us start to go and ask for, maybe they will make it a menu item. try it, they will like it."
