"Food looked great on the menu. Had to order at the counter and it took a long time for staff to realise that we were waiting to order. After finally placing and paying for our order, we went and sat down and waited again for service to bring our drinks and entree dishes. We ended up going to the fridge and getting them ourselves. No staff were to be seen. When the food did arrive it was cold (when it should have been hot) and two dishes were not ordered by us, but another table. Then had to wait again for the right dishes to come out. By far one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. Must say that the food was nicely presented and flavoursome. But not worth the 1 1/2 hour wait."
