"Michael 美食说：Sapporo Kitchen 一家让人从如厕开始就爱上的餐厅。现在都说细节重要，设计重要。但是能让人会心一笑的设计，不太多见。这家店有好些细节让我觉得很用心。1 结帐时候的小托盘。木板上面有日文充满文化色彩，还有一块凸起的小磁铁，上面再放一小个硬币，便可以将账单固定了。然后再奉上一颗糖。简单，但是设计感很强！ 2 卫生间。充满童趣的牙签，实用的漱口水，还有小型装饰，以及香薰蜡烛。原木装饰的墙面加上镜面的反光，让卫生间的空间感增大了许多。洗手台超！宽！真的很舒服的设计，不会把水溅出来。反正就是好喜欢！ 3 食物。午间定食比别家稍微贵一点点，但是味道却好很多。鱼生都很新鲜。豆腐软嫩。乌冬面也是，鲜甜有回味。生鱼片里面最喜欢红三文鱼。鳗鱼饭也超棒！看来这几天中午饭是有地方解决啦！"
