"I just don’t get it. I want to support a local establishment so bad, but this and their sister restaurant have no idea what good customer service is all about. Manager/hostess is so rude and snippy at one, and is wearing a tshirt and leggings and rushes us to the table at the other. When we try to order a shared salad before the meal, the waitress tells us ‘that we should really put everything in together and she could maybe come back to take our food order’ it’s just not welcoming. Food is good, but it’s SO loud in there, service is meh I want to support our local business so badly, but we’ve given both C&C and Raw/Augie’s too many chances. "I would like to write a review for the Mumbai mal Cos cob. The food here is phenomenal. Very fresh and very tasty, just as I was in India. I also want to say something about the staff. The staff are friendly and keep the place very clean and organized. It was a fantastic experience and I want to come back to the Mumbai times. Very recommended!!!!"

"This is a great restaurant that serves excellent Mexican and Spanish food. The shrimp and chicken enchiladas were delivered nice and hot and were so delicious. We did not leave any food on our plate. The Sweet Frozen Margaritas were heavenly and tasted great! The service was impeccable. Food and drinks were delivered fast and there was always someone checking on us. The decor is very festive and inviting. Make your way to Cacique and enjoy the dining experience"

"I'm giving this place four stars based solely on the food. The service was about one star. I went there a few weeks ago with my boyfriend and right off the bat was turned off by the staff. We had a reservation and so we started walking up the stairs to the restaurant and a man that works there yelled up asking if he could help us and had us come down the stairs, just to then let us know that we can proceed when we said we were having dinner there. It was awkward and I didn't love walking up and down the stairs in my dress and heels and he wasn't even the host (the host is at the top of the stairs). When we sat down, we ordered a nice bottle of wine and the server poured our first glass but for the rest of the dinner we had to fill ourselves. That's fine, but I've been a server for many years myself, I know that if someone gets a nice bottle of wine, an attempt should be made to fill the glasses if you see that they are empty. They brought us delicious bread to start but we had to flag three different people down to get butter. We both ordered steaks and our server dropped them at the table and did not come back a single time until the meal was long over. She didn't ask if our steaks were cooked properly, if we needed anything, if we liked our meal. Nothing. We had to actually flag her down to have someone wrap our meals after waiting for at least 30 minutes with our food sitting in front of us. We told her exactly what we wanted wrapped up and when she came back with them, the boxes felt really light so I opened them and found only our steak. She threw away all of our sides. I complained and rather than her offering something to remedy the situation, I had to ask her to have the cook make new sides for us. Tacky. Now the GOOD- luckily the food was amazing! Our steaks were cooked perfectly, the wine was great and the view is fantastic. I would go there again for the food but knowing that I can't expect much from the service."
