"The online menu has vegan options that do not exist. I ordered some vegan baked goods from the display case (via which there was a lot of confusion from any reason they came in plastic packed and are otherwise made in a vegan bakery in the opposite and then asked if they had the vegan panini options I had seen on the physical menu. the casser tried to pick me up and said he could manually update the order in the system and make one or two of them vegan, asked other employees whether the pesto vegan is, etc. I was skeptical and felt as if the ordering process was overly complicated, and then someone else entered (manager/owner? and took over the job and told me that they did not make vegan paninis. he said he could do another one, they're still on the website. [something rude/annoyedly]: that was a long time ago. So I then asked myself about the historical vegetarian hummus sandwich. it comes on honeywheat . (the menu says only weep and it sounds vegan different, but at least they are aware enough to know that honey is not vegan. I finally ordered the vegan burger, my only option, not really what I wanted to have breakfast. do you want this on ciabatta? is the brioche [the standard comes on] vegan? brioche isn't vegan, so I ask if they want ciabatta. said something rude as if I should know that the standard bread on which your vegan sandwich comes is not vegan. how many people have ordered this without making it obvious that they are looking for vegan foods and was served the brioche without it being vegan? I tried to ask for the turmeric latte and was told they didn't. at this point I could not see the coffee menu anymore because it was back in the shy line area, so I just asked if they could make a vegan mocha. She said no. then decided to check the chocolate syrup label and said yes. Beyond the interactions described here that felt strange, they were usually polite, but I felt like a last, just trying to find out what my options were. it does not seem as if they really interest in catering for vegan customers. I had originally asked for a baked scones that was labeled vegan, but since the job was finished and they hadn't given it to me, I just decided I didn't want to disturb. I'm not quite sure the $51 I paid does not contain. the sandwich was ok, but it was a pretty bad and unpleasant experience overall. updated by previous review on 2022 11 05"
