"I had to get my fish between the meetings. The hot items came hot and all sushi came cold. It's a DIFFERENCE WORLD! Appetizers of Kalbi ribs, shrimp sio mai, sashimi, free single truffle-shaped deep roasted crab meat, tuna and salmon and WAY TOO MANY spicy mai. I've been overriding as usual. The dish of spicy tuna, salmon and crabs maki ALL will be dinner for tonight! Excellent sushi and Korean can be found at Ume Sushi in Bolton! Everything is delicious here and the quality is excellent. The prices are amazingly fair. Service is friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. You have added an efficient service perk to each table. "We have had mixed experiences here. On our last visit, we had to wait about 15 mins for a table because they were busy and apparently only take reservations for parties over 6 people (not advertised). Some of the sushi fell apart when we tried to pick it up. I wonder if they were understaffed and quality suffered as a result. The service was fine and the place appeared clean."
