"The Nobu standard is there, so all good on the food side. The service was disappointing. The table beside me arrived at the same time I did. They ordered oysters, as I did. They got the oysters and a hot dish, and I was still waiting for the oysters. Did they order in advance on the Nubo app? When I asked the waiter about the oysters, he explained they are freshly opened , which I take was supposed to justify the long wait. After a few minutes, I got a spinach salad I had not ordered. The greens prompted me to ask the kitchen about the oysters, and I was once again educated: they 're freshly opened oysters . After about 5 minutes, the time-delayed oysters came, followed by a hasty sequence of other plates I had ordered. This time, Nubo ruined the dinning experience. I want to think it was an exception; I might even return to double check."
