"This place reminded us of Japan, the place is authentic. The whole family loved eating. The spices were perfect and the addition of ghost sauce was even better for my dish. When we come back to Corpus Christi, we will definitely visit this place. Very recommended!!!"

"Overall, a pleasant experience. The atmosphere is upbeat and all the staff was friendly. We were seated quickly. I enjoyed having a small private room with our own table, it made the experience feel more catered to our party. The only issue I had with the food was that a few things were missing from our meals such as rice, salad dressing, and sauces. They were brought out when we were nearly finished with our meals. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. It was a great experience and I will be going back."

"I order the spider rolls and it was awful! The crab inside it tasted very burnt! You could taste how old the oil was and who knows how long they actually hold onto that before using it in food. Even the sauce couldn’t hide the taste of those burn crab pieces. At almost $15 a plate I would expect more from them. Also I paid for 8 pieces and only got 6 in my order. Won’t be ordering from them again"

"This place failed me. I am a fan so I come back as soon as I know they are re-open. Because they were packed, my friend suggested somewhere else but I insisted on waiting here. I am in deep regret now. First, the food was a joke. If you see their new menu, most dinner dishes start from $15, with that price I expect better food. Majority of our food was salty. I ordered Bang Bang Hang (picture), and it was the worst. The noodles was very salty and not evenly mixed, but after I mixed it again, it’s still salty. The portion was a lot, maybe that explains for the price, but I didn’t even bother to bring home leftover (the second picture was leftover). My friends ordered 2 rolls, I was so upset I didn’t try any. Although they said the deep fried roll wasn’t deep fried well enough, I have no judgment on that. Second, our waiter. Hell, this guy had a problem with serving I think he might set a record. After a long wait for somebody just to show up at our table, we ordered food and drink at the same time. Our waiter later brought a tray with 4 glasses of water and some straws. The straws were not in plastic or paper wrap at all, they were straws lying naked on a wet tray, yup, wet tray!! But the thing surprised me more was what our server did next. He passed down the water to us, pick up the straws in his hand, then went to our next table and gave them the straws. How cool!! We have 4 people, all 4 of us were staring at him as he did that. Little shock but I was still in good mood at that time to joke with my friends “Maybe he thought we don’t deserve straws??”. We had to ask another server for straws because our guy rarely showed up... We order Sang’s salad for appetizer. He brought it to our table together with 4 plates and 1 pair of chopsticks. Yes, the three of us were staring at our plates wondering how to eat without utensils until we can ask SOMEBODY ELSE for chopsticks. I am no picky, I can use chopsticks, fork or even spoon to eat salad, as long as there’s something for me to use I wouldn’t complain, but there was nothing except for that one pair of chopsticks, and needed to remind there’re 4 of us!! Later on, my friend had to wave him over to ask for napkin, then he came back with one single napkin cloth. We were expecting paper napkin but I thought maybe this restaurant don’t use paper napkin for an environmental cause.. Even so, should he at least bring a napkin for each one of us?? Well, we just laughed it off, waited for a while until we could catch him again to ask for more napkin. This guy again did not fail to disappoint me, he brought another napkin, only ONE!! At this time I’ve already given up on asking him for anything. I did try to find an excuse for him. Maybe he was new, maybe he was inexperienced, maybe he was nervous, he must have been super busy the whole night.. Well, all of that nice thought has gradually gone since I noticed that the two tables around us received all his attention. We were right in between the two so there’s no way he couldn’t see us, he just did not want to see us. Not only me feel it that way, my friend also confirmed she felt the same way. I am no good person to judge anybody, but it hurts my feeling the way we were served."

"Drunkn ' Noodlez Asian Restaurant. Being in the mood for something Asian, we pulled in to Drunkn ' Noodlez for dinner recently. If you have not eaten here yet, you really need to make plans. Prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get. Service was somewhat leisurely, but but very friendly. With all the choices on the menu, it was difficult to make a decision. As an appetizer, we went with the Creamy Crab Puffs. Very good. My partner eventually chose the Beef Lahd Nah, while I decided on the Shrimp Pahd Tai. We also split a bowl of Pho Supreme soup. Everything was well-prepared and had incredible flavors. You can choose the degree of hot/spicy, by the way."
