"I heard that a new store opened and visited! I usually go to the store in Fukushima West, but since this is a suburban store, the system is a little different. The plates are not rotating, and the style is to order a set menu or a la carte on a tablet. In addition, you can also order menus around Tuna Zukushi and Recommended 3 Pieces . There are counter seats, tables, and tatami mats, and the store is generally small. This time I visited the tatami room. Inside the counter is a craftsman who I have seen at the Fukushima Nishi store. Can we expect this? The photo shows the lunch menu Hirose Tempura Set (1600 yen , and we also ordered Shirako Tempura and Tuna Zukushi . I think the story was good overall. I realize that this is what makes the tuna fat so good that it melts in your mouth. The salmon roe also has large grains and I don 't think you can eat it at sushi restaurants around here. It was a pity that the squid was a little tough. However, I was a little annoyed that Umaka-tei 's advertisements were playing regularly from my tablet... However, I felt the intention of Umaka-tei to let you eat sushi of this quality at this price. It is a quiet and comfortable space with no delay in customer service. (Original 新店舗がオープンしたと聞いて訪問しました！ 福島西の店舗が行きつけなのですが、こちらは郊外店という事もあり、少しシステムが違います。 皿は回っておらず、タブレットでセットメニューや一品物を頼むスタイル。また、『鮪づくし』や『おすすめ3貫』あたりのメニューも注文できます。 座席はカウンター、テーブル、座敷があり、全体的にこじんまりした店舗。今回はお座敷にお邪魔しました。 カウンターの中には福島西店で見た事のある職人さんが。これは期待できるかな。 写真はランチメニューの『広瀬 天ぷらセット』(1600円 、他にも『白子の天ぷら』『鮪づくし』を注文しました。 ネタに関しては全体的に良かったと思います。鮪の脂のノリが良く、口の中で溶けるとはこの事かと実感。イクラも粒が大きくそこらの寿司屋では食べられないものだと思います。イカの身がちょっとヘタってて残念だったかな。 ただ、タブレットから定期的にうまか亭の広告が流れるのだけはちょっと辟易としましたね…… しかし、このクオリティの寿司をこの値段で食べさせるといううまか亭の意思を感じました。接客も滞りなく、静かて心地よい空間です。 ちょっと贅沢したい時はオススメです。"
