"The food is good, but I'm kind of done ordering from them. Ordered food at 7:25pm. They said it'd be delivered at 8:35pm. 70 minutes is a long time to wait, but whatever. 8:45 rolls around and the food has not arrived. Call the store and they say the delivery driver is just getting back from a run and my food will be there within 15 minutes. 20 minutes later, no food. Call the store again. They say the driver is out and food will be there in 5 minutes. The food arrived almost 15 minutes after that. All said and done, it took just under 2 hours to get a relatively small order delivered on a Tuesday night. This is far from the first time I've had an experience like this with Minzu. I don't mind waiting for food, but I don't like when I'm lied to."

"Fuji Rice Time has the best sushi in Salem. I've been to a handful of places, and they will never top this place. I work in the downtown area and come here a few times a week to get lunch not only for me but for co-workers. It's a little spendy but 100% worth it. The make it right in front of you with the freshest ingredients. The waitress/chefs are so polite. Great service, and enviorment. Try the Edamame,C hicken Teriyaki Rice bowl or the California Tempura Roll. Delicious!"

"I recently had the pleasure of dining at Momiji Sushi Restaurant, and I must say, it was a delightful experience for any sushi enthusiast. Nestled in a cozy corner, Momiji offers a serene ambiance that sets the stage for an enjoyable dining experience. Now, let's talk about the star of the show—the sushi. Momiji excels in delivering fresh and flavorful sushi creations that are a testament to their dedication to quality. The sushi rolls were beautifully presented, and the attention to detail in each piece was evident. The fish was exceptionally fresh and of high quality, and the rice was perfectly seasoned, striking a harmonious balance of flavors. From classic favorites like the California roll to more adventurous options like the spicy tuna roll, Momiji's sushi menu offers a wide variety to suit every palate. In addition to the sushi rolls, Momiji also offers a selection of sashimi and nigiri options. The sashimi was exceptionally fresh, thinly sliced, and delicately arranged on a platter. Each bite was a true celebration of the ocean's bounty. The nigiri, with its perfectly shaped rice topped with a generous slice of fish, was equally impressive. While the focus at Momiji is undoubtedly on their sushi offerings, the restaurant also features a few cooked dishes on their menu. These include teriyaki dishes, tempura, and a variety of appetizers. While not the main attraction, these dishes complement the sushi options nicely and provide a well-rounded dining experience for those looking for more variety. The service at Momiji was attentive and friendly. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu and was more than willing to provide recommendations based on personal preferences. The waitstaff ensured that our glasses were never empty and our needs were promptly attended to, contributing to the overall positive experience. The restaurant's ambiance is relaxed and inviting, with a traditional Japanese-inspired decor that adds to the overall dining experience. The seating is comfortable, and the atmosphere is conducive to a pleasant and enjoyable meal. One aspect that could be improved is the wait time during peak hours. Momiji tends to get busy, especially during lunch and dinner hours, so it's advisable to make a reservation or plan accordingly to avoid any potential delays. In summary, Momiji Sushi Restaurant is a haven for sushi lovers, offering a wide selection of fresh and flavorful sushi creations. With its high-quality ingredients, attentive service, and inviting ambiance, Momiji is a go-to destination for those seeking a satisfying sushi experience. While the wait time during peak hours can be a slight drawback, the overall quality of the sushi makes it worth the visit. If you're in the mood for good sushi in a welcoming setting, Momiji Sushi Restaurant is certainly worth a try."
