"Sapporo is a hard city for vegetarian and vegan, so it was very stumbling on this place, as the happy Cow-listed sushi place throughout the hall seems to have lasting 2 hours lines. everything we ordered here was nicely prepared and cheap. the yuba sashimi and tofu was super fresh and traditional I am made in the house. none of the ordered items had surprise meat or fish hiding inside, which is a common experience in japan. (I couldn't confirm that this was done in some due to my very limited japaner"

"A strange friendly restaurant. The employees were patient to our enquiries and questions, although they could speak English very limited, they tried to hear their best and explain to us. They also offered us a very spacious table. Its Sushimi must not be rated in the highest quality, but the food served by the restaurant was very fresh and tasty. A value for money and we enjoyed our meal very much. A plus that this is a non-smoking restaurant."

"Enthusiastic staff and upbeat atmosphere impressed me most. Cool place but a little loud. I think this is the authentic Japanese Izakaya where young people like to gather. Their beef tasted great, but sashimi was just so so."

Original サツエキに用事があって、その帰りにランチを食べようと入店。 どうやら大手居酒屋チェーンのお店らしい。 まぐろにこだわってそうなので、メニューを見て悩むが、それぞれのメニューに説明がないのが残念。私が頼んだ4色丼も、何が4種類入っているのかぐらいは書いておいてほしい。たぶん、マグロの赤身、中トロ、ネギトロ、ビンチョウマグロでないかと思うが・・・ 他のメニューもしかり。「目利きの」と店名につけるぐらいなら、どこの産地の何々ぐらいは書いておくのがいいと思うが、名前倒れなんでしょうね 苦笑 さて、店内はお盆前とあってさほど混んでおらず、すぐに出てくるかと思ったらずっと待っても来ない。隣のテーブルの客も店員を呼んでいつ来るのかと尋ねる始末。私のもとに料理が来たのは、入店から約30分経ってからだった。 刺身類を扱うのなら、もう少し早くてもいいと思うけど、どうなんだろ？これがいつもの平日ならもっと時間がかかるのだろうか？ 味は普通。冷凍ものなのは当然として、味が悪いわけではない。価格を考えれば十分といえる。ただし、わさびが少ない上、テーブルにわさびがない。刺身醤油を卓上に置くぐらいなら、わさびもチューブでいいので置いてほしい。"
