"A late working Monday and I wanted to eat sushi. because there are not many Japanese restaurants in toulon, we decided to do this because of its good reviews. I ordered a sushi-sashimi menu, maki and yakitori. the delivery was a bit off. the expected time and the cold dishes were mixed with the warm in the supplied ash, so everything is cold in the recipe. the taste of the fish was decent, as well as the maki, with a balanced amount of fish and rice. the yakitori were cold, oily and tasted not at all as huh and the sashimi tiny and rough cut (completely different from what is shown on their website). the sushi was obviously also similar cut, with much too much rice accompanied the fish. I realize that this place has overall good ratings, and maybe I was quite unhappy this day. everything in all it is easy to buy salmon and cut with a knife, but doing it in Japanese tradition is another story. I also believe that a restaurant with this price class should offer a menu of much better quality."
