"Restaurant close to empty (3 couples) quickly ordered, but my partner eating comes out and 15-20 minutes later no sign of my eating (but other tables all served) it does not click on the waiter if I asked how much longer he goes to check and finds out that they never cooked. I have broken off the order as they did not begin to make it, I have mentioned that it would have been nice that 15 minutes ago, as now my partner eating is cold. he said I'm sorry, shrug his shoulders and went away. spoke with another lady paying and again the indifference of a customer who had a bad experience was amazing. totally dismissed and not interested, just wanted to pay the money. I don't get the Rave reviews when the food (from the 2 cooked actually) were soggy and not a Thai curry at all. the customer service is not available. there are much better Thai food in the shire than these."

"We usually enjoy the steak in the caringbah hotel, as we used to order the filet mignon, which was excellent. the menu seemed to have changed and the eyefilet was no longer on the menu. the service was good with a smile and efficient. we have ordered rump steak and fish and chips. the steak was average, but the rest of the food is good. there were not many people in the restaurant. we hope that the menu will be extended, which will contain auge filet steak, as they will get busier because we like to support the local business."

"This has been my regular takeaway Chinese meal providers for over 20 years. Can eat in but the spaciousness has little atmosphere. Best when the place has a few diners or in a group. Does have regular Friday night dance and food nights. However food is exceptional and well priced. A testament to their food quality is that they have around for many years. Unbelievable number of takeaways. If you are new to the Shire check them out, you wont be disappointed ."
