"I am working near this restaurant for the next ten days, I finish late, but they are still open, I went in first night to collect takeaway order and they wanted a 5% surcharge on visa card transaction. I complained that it was excessive, but...i was tired and hungry so paid it Second night i go in, next guy at counter tells me it ia a 10% surcharge. I said it wa only 5% the night before, and suddenly the guy from the first night appears, tells me he made a mistake and it is always 10% surcharge on credit cards I told them they were about to loose my custom for the remainder of my stay, i also pointed out it had just been made illegal to do just this. they just shrugged and said they were happy to loose my custom I have never been treated so badly by a restaurant DONE GO THERE. they do not deserve you custom"
