"The waiter who handles the bill is terrible. He didn 't even serve us for most of the time (another waitress did), but the waiter REPEATEDLY asked us if we wanted to give him some tips just because he handled the bill in the end. This is even after we found hair in our meal. We said, no , and he replied, no? and are you sure? . He also asked us (quietly) if we can give him CASH for the tips not suing the card machine. NEVER COME BACK AGAIN."

"Booked table at 6pm table of 9 with young children in party. Was told would need the vacate by 8pm upon booking table. It was an hour before 1 starter arrived another 20 mins before another 1 starter arrived. Both not the children's but they were given this. Children crying so hungry ordered prawn crackers to try and pacify. 10 mins later other starters arrived. Not good enough . Food pretty average too. Staff were nice but can't magic the food up. No offer of anything for the table as we waited and waited and urged starters to appear. Very poor."

"Very rude disgusting lady not sure if she was Chinese or wherever she was from I called to ask if there was gluten in her chips I was going to order for someone that has food allergies all she needed to do was check since she gets it frozen in a very rude way told me to order from somewhere else She needs to learn how to speak to people No customer service whatsoever Customers are paying your bills"

"Ordered two chow meins, spring rolls and prawn crackers. The chow meins were both dry, tasteless and inedible. The spring rolls were flat, no filling and greasy. The only highlight, if you could call it that were the prawn crackers, charged over £2, usually, with the prior owners included free ! Paid over £20 and sadly it ended up in the food bin ! Wouldn’t recommend.."
