"Looking at a restart after lockdown restrictions might have had some initial problems, but they are finally back! the service of this place is amazing, by the Jovial staff, the ordering, the cook and the delivery grater. the quality is, if not better than ever, with freshly cooked food full of meat and excellently cooked vegetables. providing high quality food at a reasonable price, this place is not to miss, right in front of the litchfield st circular traffic on the potteries way (against hanley bus station). the building is unfortunately not accessible to disabled persons, although the staff likes to provide support in maintaining social distancing and strict hygiene procedures!"

"Food less than average . Chips really greasey watered down tomato sause for the kids. Customer service awful . Refusing to let customers use their own toilets instead sending them across to use the subway 's toilet instead. In answer to your reply and questions . No we ordered chicken strips dark /overcooked with one portion and sausages lovely with the second. I stand by my comment about the ketchup , it was extremely watery with not a lot of taste . Wasn 't accusing your company of diluting it maybe it 's just of lower standard ? As for the toilet issue . It wasn 't a toilet for everyone. it was the toilet in the subway outlet. I know this from your member of staff saying . Please use Subway 's toilet it seems a little odd that the number of seating you have, and the passing trade you have .you don 't offer a toilet for own customers to use? To be honest I didn 't feel comfortable using the subway facilities when a single mother was asked to move away from your seating as one of the children had a subway sandwich . A bit double standards don 't you think?"

"2 valuable boxes ordered, picked up because it was so busy. armed and simply ordering into the bag, brunette...food was piping hot and free prawn cracker worth box was good, but wasn't a fan of the brunette rice, the huh is easy and fried, so not the best, but the actual rice was delicious and chili bark was really good, but the chilis can not be so hot. the appetizers on the side were really nice, but really should provide a bath with them as they are dry to eat, they glue some sweet chili sauce or soy sauce in overall very good if it had been half noodle half fried rice it would have been of perfect for me to return"

"Order them from here a few times in the month it is our way to Chinese takeaway and we never had a problem. eating always comes hot and tasty, personal are friendly when they talk to them on the phone. Eating may sometimes take a past to arrive, but never stated about the latest time and at least we know that it is fresh."
