"After booking a table earlier in the day my girlfriend and I were looking forward to our dinner here. The prices were expensive but as it was our last night we thought it would be a treat. Unfortunately we never got to eat here because...of the terrible service. As we arrived we were taken to our table and asked what drinks we would like. We weren't even provided with a menu at this point so had no idea what was available. The waitress then provided one and left us to make our decision. 35mins went by without anyone approaching us again despite making eye contact with the various waiters and others being served before us who had arrived after. I've never walked out of a restaurant before but on this occasion we promptly left. I would not expect this kind of service from a restaurant especially with such high prices. We visited next door instead who provided amazing service and at much more reasonable prices with generous portions! Rive Sud could definitely learn a thing or two from them"
