"On Father's Day here in Germany our two families decided to go on a long walk with the dogs and finish up with a very late lunch/early dinner at Milan's steakhouse. We were very warmly greeted by Milan who had already pre-prepared a beer and a bottle of cool water for one in our party. We sat outside and once, again we rearranged the furniture to give our party of 6 enough room to spread out. It took a little while for the rest of us to get our drinks and to order but we were patient. I had decided for the asparagus soup followed by the rib eye steak. The others ordered a range of things including the house beefburger, a plate of fried Mediterannean vegetables, schnitzel and large dish of beef in a special sauce. I was intrigued that Milan didn't write any of our orders down thus giving the impression (unfortunately a false one) of a brilliant memory.After quite a wait all the main courses arrived at which point Milan realised that he had forgotten my soup. For that I got a free dessert. I noticed that later he was committing the orders of other diners to paper :-)Our lazy afternoon slowly developed into the evening. Everybody enjoyed their meal and the relaxed atmosphere of this place. Drinks flowed, including a number of local Balkan specialities which also came on the house."

"Today made a detour to the pancake house. The restaurant is a bit old and unfortunately only 4 parking spaces are available. For that, the pancakes were very delicious. I recommend a little one because you really get tired. At least the women. Price € Personal was friendly and accommodating."

"General The restaurant is located in the pedestrian area of Bergisch Gladbach and is therefore easy to reach. However, you need to climb some steps because there is no access below. Up there is a relatively large terrace – there are more places than inside. However, the Berich is well thought out and also has wind protection all around. Surroundings The restaurant is furnished like a bistro. The tables are already closely connected. But you still sit comfortably on the chairs. There are high tables, but we avoid them. We'd rather sit inside unless it's warm and sunny outside. Cleanliness Everything is neatly maintained. Sanitary If you arrive up, you do not have to go back to the depths, but then you can reach the plants in a flat way. Service All forces are friendly and attentive. The map(s) On black plates are the daily dishes, on the map the pasta and pizza offers. The tasting dishes Spinaci 12,90 € and Tagiatelle 1,00 € The pasta was excellently cooked. The vegetables were plentiful. My wife was happy. Kalbsleber €21.90 For me I took “Leber”, my wife does not like indoors and therefore I would like to use a restaurant visit for this direction. I find the combination of liver and sage good. Even the sauce was tasted accordingly – but I still prefer the tuna to be used under the dish or served in an additional bowl for self-service. But also the combination on the plate was good. The liver was also well roasted The noodles were also sweet and tasty. Penne cattle stripes 15,90 The penne also does not wait too soft – whether they are made themselves is hardly visible; how the finished goods and those finished with a machine on site look completely the same. At first it seemed that little meat was on the plate, but in the middle there were more strips. The meat was still soft. Bread and oil were served with Balsamico. The dishes are well made – for example there are no surprises with soft noodles or dry pizza. Beverages Selters 6,90 € Price/performance ratio There are no bargains, but good quality has their price and Italian restaurants (competitors in the city are definitely not cheaper. Conclusion 3 – if it results; the house makes really delicious food and is good for us to reach. The competitors are already a kick better for us, but a bit more laborious – especially on weekends when the buses drive more rarely. (1 – certainly not again, 2 – hardly again, 3 – when it comes again, 4 – again happy, 5 – necessary again – after “Kuechenreise” Date of visit: 20.09.2022 – lunch – 3 persons My experience is also in [here link]"
