"Went for a 2nd visit and was so disappointed in the service and actions of the restaurant manager. The restaurant is very pretty and we had a lovely spot in one of the secluded alcoves, very romantic. The menu prices are expensive but we had a coupon that entitled us to $25 discount. One dish was very good, the Salmon. Unfortunately, the other dish, Supreme of Chicken Florentina, had a portion of it that was very undercooked. A upper tip of the chicken it was actually red and bleeding out on the plate. Luckily, the main part of the chicken was that was eaten first was cooked okay. We brought it to the attention of our server. He then brought it to the attention of the restaurant manager. We really wanted the kitchen staff to be aware that they had sent out undercooked chicken and that can make people very sick. After some discussion, the manager apologized and said that they would comp one of the dishes. But that did not happen!!! Essentially, they did not comp the meal because we had to use the coupon for one dish and then pay for the 2nd. At the server's suggestion, he offered us a dessert. He brought out one small apple dumpling for 2 people to share. It was insulting that they didn't even offer a desert to each of us. Also, during the hour that we had our dinner, no one came around to offer refills on our coffee or water. Poor service and the manager was rude when discussing the bill. We left the restaurant thinking, never again! There just too many very good restaurant to waste our time, health and money on a poor quality and service."
