"Stopped in after a movie. Service was slow but the place was full due to a couple of birthday parties. There were 3 in our party. My wife ordered a Caesar with roasted chicken, I had a Classic Pizza and a friend ordered an artichoke, spinach appetizer.The Caesar was not a Caesar and had breaded chicken, not good, I had asked for crispy crust pizza but received a very bready pizza with very little sauce, sausage or cheese. Our friend said her appetizer was OK. I guess you can't expect a lot from a Mall restaurant."

"Cimaco department store has a tradition of great restaurants and the one in Mazatlan is no exception. While it serves breakfast, we were there for a late lunch. The menu ranged from over a dozen very creative salads, to baguettes, paninis, pizzas and the like. A seafood menu is in the works as well. Each offering offers creative twists and some food rarely seen in Mazatlan including my Baguette Arabe served in pita bread with an authentic yoghurt dipping sauce. The pizza looked and smelled great, but we'll save that for another day. The restaurant is open from the morning until 11:00 at night. There is an outdoor terrace open from 1:30 to 11:00. It gets a lot of direct sun and we were told that a solution was in the works. Until then, wait until sunset for this part of the fun.Very well run department in the store including a kids play area with babysitting - first hour free with restaurant purchase. The glass enclosed elevator ride up was a nice bonus.Provecho!"

"Casa Loma has been in business for over 40 years, they have the ultimate in service, flavor and ambiance of anywhere I have been. They do not hover, but they are always there. Hearts of Palm and Artichoke salad are to die for; and I have never had anything bad at this restaurant. The owner even called a cab for us. The BEST"

"We searched for this place a couple days ago and could not find it but just happened upon it today - it is tucked away slightly off the beach behind a beach volleyball court. Turn down the side road/alley at Senor Frog's and walk towards the beach, it is on the right. We sat outside at a table in the sand. The drinks were good with some unusual as well as regular selections. The food was tasty - I had the Reggae wrap which was so yummy. Hubby had the fish and chips, son had a Caesar salad and daughter had fries (really good!) and chicken fingers which were very good if you like HOT food. Thoroughly enjoyable food, great music, nice quiet location. The waitress spoke no English although we had no difficulty ordering with a mixture of Spanglish and pointing to the menu. The service was a little slow although it was relaxing to sit and enjoy our drinks and listen to the music which was not your usual 70s rock but modern alternative/pop? I would definitely consider returning another time. Cudos!"
